The SmartCard provides a communication interface between the mass selective detector (MSD) and an external computer or network, enabling data transfer and system control via a LAN connection or other such methods.
Physically located within the MSD, this SmartCard 3 is compatible with MSDs such as the Agilent 5973 and 5975.
